What is The Carwash Club?

The Carwash Club is a subscription-based carwash membership. You pay one simple monthly fee and wash your vehicle at participating partner sites across South Africa — no cards, no cash, no queues.

Which plans are available and what do they cost?

Solo Pass is R280 per month and includes up to 5 washes (Wash & Go). Solo Plus is R480 per month and includes up to 5 washes (Wash, Dry & Interior). Pro Pass is our fleet service with tailored options — enquire for pricing.

What happens if I reach my monthly wash limit?

You can still wash. Extra washes on top of your monthly subscription are charged at R65 each on Solo Pass and R100 each on Solo Plus.

How does the licence plate recognition work?

When you sign up you link your vehicle’s licence plate to your membership. Our LPR cameras read your plate as you arrive at a partner site and activate your wash automatically. Just make sure your plate is clean and clearly visible.

Question 5

Can I use my membership on more than one vehicle?

No. Membership is vehicle-specific and linked to one registered licence plate. It is non-transferable and cannot be shared between vehicles. For multiple vehicles, look at our Pro Pass fleet option.

Where can I wash?

At any participating Carwash Club partner site. Our network is expanding — see the Locations page for the current list, trading hours and directions.

Question 7

How am I billed?

Accepted Answer

Membership fees are billed monthly on a recurring basis from the date your membership is activated, until you cancel.

Question 8

How do I cancel?

Accepted Answer

There is no long-term contract. Cancel any time by emailing cancellation@thecarwashclub.co.za or through your online profile. Cancellations must be received at least seven (7) days before your next billing date, otherwise you’ll be billed for that month and the cancellation takes effect on the following billing date.

Are all vehicles eligible?

Solo Pass and Solo Plus are not available for taxis, shuttles and other commercial passenger vehicles. Further terms and conditions apply.

Yes. Memberships are subject to our fair usage policy, which is published on this website and may be amended from time to time.
